Our Staff
Ed Riddick, ThM, MACO, M.D.R.
is the Founder of Conflict Coaching and Mediation Services LLC. He has been a pastor nearly 40 years. From his first experiences in church as a teenage new convert listening to his pastor, his passion has been to improve the church's ministry.
Central to this passion is an overwhelming desire to see the church be a place of relational peace and safety. Churches need to be a place where staff members not only use their abilities to glorify Christ but thrive in the development and use of their ministry gifts. Churches need to be places where young adults, singles, and married couples and their children find peace, in a relationally safe environment in a crazy world.
Relational conflict is normal and inevitable. But far too often churches become places where those in ministry and those in the church family respond wrongly to conflict. Those in the faith community get caught up in the hurts of miscommunication and conflict. People who want to live for Christ in a loving faith community are often broadsided by unexpected, destructive conflict in the church.
It is with a deep passion for peace and relational safety in the church that Ed presents this training event as a conflict resolution specialist.
